Crystorama warrants that our Outlet products are free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 6 months from the date the product was shipped to the purchaser. Any such defective products will be repaired or replaced provided a written claim is made within the warranty period. The decision whether to repair or replace is at the sole discretion of Crystorama Outlet. Crystorama Outlet will not accept any charges for labor, repair costs or transportation charges incurred without prior written approval. The responsibility of Crystorama Outlet for any defective material is limited solely to the replacement or repair of the product and does not include any incidental or consequential damages which may occur. No warranty expressed or implied exist other than the ones indicated above. No person, agent or distributor is authorized to give any other warranty on behalf of Crystorama Outlet.
