All Crystorama Outlet sales are final with no returns or refunds. However, if the product is damaged by the shipping carrier while in-transit, please email us at outlet@crystorama.com within 14 days of receipt. Our returns department will review your in-transit damage claim, will then arrange for the item to be shipped back to us and we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
